Return Conditions
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date you receive the product. We cannot accept return requests after 30 days.(based on the delivery confirmation date).
- The product must be unused and in new condition, and must be returned with its original packaging and all accessories (if applicable).
- The following products are not eligible for return:

Return Process
1.Submit a Request:

- We will review your request within 48 hours and notify you of the result.
3.Return the Product:
- If approved, ship the product back to our warehouse in China (see ‘Shipping Costs’ for shipping fee arrangements).
4.Refund/Replacement:
- After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your refund or replacement within 5 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Our Responsibility: We cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Customer’s Responsibility: The customer bears return shipping costs for subjective reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong selection).
Note:
- Use a trackable shipping method (e.g., DHL, FedEx) and retain the tracking number.
- No refund will be issued if the product is lost due to non-compliance with the return process.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card/PayPal, etc.). Processing times vary by bank or payment provider (typically 3-10 business days).
For replacements, we will prioritize reshipment (subject to stock availability).
Exceptions
- International Customs Duties: Paid import taxes/VAT may not be refundable; consult local customs for details.
- Promotional Items: Some discounted products may not qualify for non-fault returns; refer to the product page for details.
